Is it really FREE?

One of the biggest questions people have are how do you get so much for free or cheap.  I can tell you I will NEVER buy toothpaste again.  The key is knowing what a good price is and knowing what price to use to stock up on something.  Below is a general list and guideline that I have found helpful in determining if the price I'm seeing is a good deal or a GREAT stock up type of deal.
